In a bowl, add 1 egg and 1 egg yolk, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese and pepper. Whisk well.
Cut 2 strips of bacon, and fry it.
Cook ramen in hot water (al dente).
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the bacon, and stir it. Then add there a small amount of water the ramen was cooked in. Add the ramen (do your best to poor onto the noodles, not the pan!) and stear. Next, add the egg mixture, stir a little, and immediately remove the pan from heat. Then stir one more time.
Top with some additional parmesan.
